Immaculate twin room with balcony, quiet atmosphere. Good and excellent location of this perfect place, near to tram lines headed toward Central Station and toward the museum quarter, transport, and the centre of Amsterdam.

The room I had was well decorated with great terrace, a garden view, for instance. I loved the location that was central and so close to supermarket, centre, and the main sites.

The staff was very nice. Just arriving we were explained the location the hotel was and things to see around the city. The rooms are very clean and the hotel offers free warm drinks and fruit during the whole day. Coming at 23h after a whole day raining and walking is not the same with a warm chocolate.
The hotel is not very cheap. But I think compared with rest of places is ok. The room can be a bit nosy but I have to say it was not a problem for me at all.

The hotel staff were excellent, friendly, efficient, helpfull and they really made our trip, we came over for the Take That concert and advice on transport was invaluable. Breakfast was great, the rooms were well layed out, clean, light and airy. Brilliant location just off the tram.
We had a great trip and this is really nit picking, dust on the shelves where the clothes were and the shower door in the room for 3 singles looks like its broken, but nothing to complain about as we thought the hotel was fantastic and we will definately recommend you.

Small, charming hotel with nice rooms and helpful staff. Good location off the main tourist trail but close to Joordan
No elevator, not recommended to stay on 4th floor with lots of luggage. Small bathroom with hardly no space to sit.

The staff were really friendly and helpful.
The stairs were absurdly steep and treacherous, especially with my mobility issues. To make matters worse, the room we received was nothing like the pictures. It was cramped and felt outdated.

24 h reception, Good location close to center.
No elevator, and if you are unlucky you can get a room on the 5th floor, which happened to us. Very steep stairs, and the price is still the same as on the 2nd floor. The room high up was VERY small, compared to the room on the 2nd floor that our friends got. You should not pay the same amount for two totally different size of rooms. Plus there was almost no pressure in the shower, we could not even wash our hair.

The staff were very friendly and the room suited our needs.
We found the steps hard going as we were on the fourth floor but it was good excercise!

We have been staying in hotels in Belgium, England, Switzerland, & The Netherlands over the last month and this is the best breakfast we have had in any location! The staff are super friendly and very helpful helping us get to tourist sites and doing laundry.
We had the smallest room but knew that prior to our arrival. We made do with careful arranging of our "stuff"

Staff very friendly and helpful.rooms were very clean, rooms were serviced daily with apples or chocolates left on pillows which I thought was very nice and considerate. Very very helpful and nice staff, at least girl that met us, she gave us the map and explained where to go and what to see. They have free drinks and fruit in reception. Room is very clean. Window went to the court with trees. Tram stop with 4 stops till Central station is one minute walk. Realy nice and cheap enough hotel.
Room is not very big (that's clear as this traditional house is very old) and stairs is very traditional - you'll have some exciting exersise to climb upstairs :)
